Requirements

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
2. Identify sales opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
3. Building a solid customer base by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
4. Prepare sales forecasts and budget plans.
5. Report sales and marketing activities to senior management team.

Nice To Have

1. Minimum 1-5 years of outdoor sales experience in the Paint industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to close deals and build a strong network of clients.
4. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
5. Good understanding of market trends.
6. Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.

SALARY RANGE
